The summer reset is an online yoga series to soothe your nervous system and bring you back home to yourself. A space to soften after the noise. To move with intention. To breathe deeper, feel clearer, and open yourself to fully receive the quiet gifts of summer. A way to fully recharge.

Through somatic shaking, twisting, and breath-led movement, this class supports the natural release of stress stored in the body. Think of it as a movement detox- clearing out what you no longer need so you can soften into the rest of your summer with more ease and lightness.

Attune to your inner landscape. This class focuses on wave-like, rhythmic movements that mirror the breath and soothe the nervous system. Designed to bring harmony between effort and ease — movement and stillness- so you can feel more coherent, centered, and steady.
